How To Book An Appointment

All booking requests are submitted through our helpful online booking widget! Look for the turquoise circle on the bottom right of your page to bring up the options.

Troubleshooting

Don’t see the widget? Sometimes those who have pop-ups blocked won’t be able to see the widget, so be sure to disable this function in your browser. Still can’t see it? Give us a call at  519-916-1262

  1. Click on this icon to open the widget if you don’t already see the chat boxes open.
  2. Click on the option you need (Request Spay/Neuter Appointment, Request End of Life Appointment, etc)
  3. Enter your phone or email and click next.
  4. Fill in the required information.
  5. Check off the required boxes at the bottom of the form.
  6. Click submit request. You’re done!  We will reach out about your request on the next business day.
